    Yes, the account balance is over 3.800€, but the deposit from my husband's account, which we use together, was almost 3.500€, within a good hour.

    The wonderful I have already written to contact here twice, for the first time in the old year, unfortunately no reaction. I also try to contact the live chat from time to time, but I only get the standard phrases mentioned above.

    You're right....would be happy if we could at least get the stake refunded...

    Currently I see ours wonderful Support is online and will surely come to you. Whether they accept your husband's account or whether your account remains closed depends on circumstances that only the casino can explain to you. But I assume that if they decide to close, they will at least refund your deposit.

    You were also among the users that I recently listed and mentioned. I can't for wonderful but in my opinion, a shared account with proof of it is not a reason for me to refuse a payout. That often happens and is not uncommon among married couples, as long as you can explain it plausibly and there are also powers of attorney. As long as there are no duplicate accounts in this household or other terms and conditions have been violated, that would not be a problem for me.

    So I wouldn't just want to hope that one only gets his stake back. But I am not wonderful and my perspective may not be that of the casino. It is also a matter of interpretation. A transparent and customer-friendly casino should see it similarly.

    small update:
    The wonderful Contact here got in touch a few days ago, shortly after wonderful directly with the request to send proof of the deposits.
    Of course I did this immediately.
    Since then nothing has happened again, yesterday I was brushed off again in the chat, I should be patient....
    Earlier came a standard mail from wonderful : "You haven't been forgotten, heavy workload blah blah...."

    But I'll say from the feeling that I give it to the wonderful Contact here to thank for the fact that something happened to Überhaut...

    Sometimes it helps direct support from wonderful available in the Playtime forum, but you can't give much credit to the chat, only people who are annoyed sit there with the thousands of requests every day. It's their own fault!

    Got my stakes back on Wednesday this week, after almost 7 weeks.
    It was a damn long and exhausting way to at least get our own money back, especially since it is a relatively high sum for us.

    The account is permanently blocked and the profit is gone, let's see if something can be done there....

    I'll close one or the other as soon as I have a little more air wonderful write here, but first of all I would like to thank the forum and support team here and I would also like to express my thanks to the wonderful Employees here in the forum, I think without him the whole thing would have gone on for God knows how long.

    Although I personally see it differently in this case, if everything was as pepino2505 described it. But unfortunately I don't know the exact background. But if you assume that it is 100% true, then you should also have paid out the winnings and not just the stakes. Why the account should remain blocked is also a mystery to me, that would mean they treat it as abuse or fraud.

    In such cases, it should go without saying that a casino sends the deposit back. Because if you come here and stick to the terms and conditions, all payment transactions count. In the last few weeks I have suspected that wonderful increasingly relies on its terms and conditions. There were times when they were a bit more accommodating and still accepted payment from a few third-party accounts.
