OK, then you should annoy the chat, support etc. until they show you exactly what was wrong or against the terms! Unfortunately, my contact is not the best at the moment, otherwise I could have helped you in other ways.

Fulton Legalities & rules of the game
3.1 Casino ARES CASINO is authorized by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Curacao.
3.2 In addition to these General Terms and Conditions, the Company reserves the right to establish certain gaming rules which also apply to you and are binding on you in relation to your participation in a Casino. You hereby agree to be bound by these additional game rules as if they were expressly incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 We reserve the right to limit or refuse any bet, stake or other wager placed by you or your account for any reason. Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Now I've been told that the max bet is €5 even though it's not in the T&C.
So the casino then sets the rules as they see fit.
Hmm.. someone won, let's see what we say this time...
That is probably a bottomless impertinence!
It doesn't work that way, they can't just choose something at random just because it suits them. It may be that they can set up additional rules, but then it should already be precisely defined. In your case you should have been told beforehand that they supposedly limit it to €5 and not afterwards. Apparently that didn't happen and that's why the 30% rule from the terms and conditions applies. In retrospect, that doesn't seem to suit them and they now refer to additional rules? Unfortunately, the limited bets in terms of scams aren't written down anywhere and could be challenged with the licensor if it weren't so difficult. A letter to the licensing authority in Curacao doesn't hurt, because you can't do anything else anyway, so why not try.
I also think that's an absolute cheek and suspect completely different things behind these problems that have been occurring lately. A sane casino would have accepted that and possibly limited the user to maximum bets in the future. I also had a few assignments at the very beginning but thank God I stopped after a short time.
Of course we don't have your game history in black and white, but what they're doing there doesn't work at all. Completely unworthy of a casino and for me personally casinos doing this should be made very clear that they risk losing their licence. But that's just wishful thinking on my part, because unfortunately that won't happen, because casinos ultimately shoot themselves. Negative press will result in fewer and fewer people depositing there, to the point where they have to close their doors of their own accord. The machinations behind the scenes of some people with immoral values or even intentions to defraud mean that we experience such situations over and over again.
So now it's getting stranger and stranger to me... Apparently the casino is supposed to be licensed in Curacao. I have an email for you
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for contacting Cura ao eGaming.
Cura ao eGaming has no connection with that site and therefore
any references made to Cura ao eGaming as one of the Master License holders
are false and misleading.
Regards,
Cura ao eGaming
That means you have contacted the licensing authority in Curacao ?
Interesting information, because Ares only mentions this in "their terms and conditions"
Therefore in the footer also no logo, no information and no link. Up until today I assumed they had one, but apparently they don't.
Yes exactly, I contacted them about 10 days ago and now got the answer.
With Ares, for example, the contact details are all very confusing.
Telephone number from England
Supposed to be at a bank in Malta
Should be licensed in Curacao
And the address from Holland (which is also a wrong address)
I really wish this site only the worst....
I then went into the live chat to hear what they actually say about their license information.
In response to further questions, this came up because the live chat is supposedly not support:Posted by Live Chat Ares Casino
