Hello, I now have the same problem that Arescasino does not want to pay me my money.

I withdrew €7 on December 5000th. And it's still "in progress" ever since.
Can't expect much from the live chat as it's all programmed replies, at least that's what it seems to me.

I've been waiting for a reply to all the emails from Arescasino for the last 10-12 days. It said 7-10 days at the beginning which was ok for me,
since I had 2018€ paid out to me in February 3500 and the money was there after about 5-6 working days. But now the status of my withdrawal hasn't changed since December 7th and I keep getting the same replies.

I don't even care about getting the full amount because I wanted to use part of the money to pay for medical help from a family member.

I hope something will be done soon about this.

But since many are already on Christmas vacation, I strongly assume that it will be difficult to reach anyone competent at all.
