That's how I see it too, but this also includes doubling, playing simple chances, risk-free bets, etc. Since you can only read a reference to exceeding the 20% rule here, it's difficult to judge where exactly you broke it have. However, this should be visible in your game history!

Tried to double, I only have small amounts. So I really don't see where the problem is.
It's also funny that the email says 20% but the T&C says 30%, that would be 90€ bets.

Without defending the casino now, the 30% applies to the general bonus rules. Since it was not a first time bonus for you but a bonus that you either received by mail or redeemed in the backend, other terms can of course apply. But even then 20% would be a considerable sum, which I do not know from any other casino.
