    What contradicts itself here is that you are talking about fraud or rip-off but are having a problem in one of the casinos for the first time.

    They take my deposits, but if I win, they don't pay them out.
    The contradiction is exactly the same, you are happy to take the profits with you, but the first problem is fraud and rip-off. I repeat again, I'm fully behind the players and what those responsible have been doing in the last few months is absolutely not possible.

    So far you have always received your money and everything has been fine, now that you are waiting for a substantial sum at Crown Casino and you are ignored, no answers are given but the money is still in your account, it's a rip off! Of course you are absolutely right to think so after the long wait. In my eyes I'm talking about rip-off or fraud if that really happened (money simply deleted from the account, account closed without paying, allegations of bonus fraud that doesn't exist, etc.) which I can't really see in your case yet , except that your balance has still not been paid out to you.

    ewsg01 is absolutely right to put the casino against the wall after many months without any answers from support. I'll leave it open whether it's a rip-off, but that's highly disrespectful and the casino absolutely deserves a no-go. Without any information from Crown as to why this is taking so long, this is unacceptable. I asked my contacts to give me more information, and even that has been ignored to this day. It's sad what some casinos do!

    Your conclusion is really a bit far from reality. No matter which of these 3 casinos, they say that the winnings are paid out within 10 days. It's a long time, but I think it's justifiable. I think I have a lot of patience and can excuse a lot, but after almost 6 months in which I have written more than 20 emails to the support and in the CC also to Axel. 2 emails came back apologizing for the time it was taking and each telling them it was passed on is a bit flimsy.

    This has nothing to do with contradiction.

    And one more thing: If I deposit money into a casino and win, I have every right to claim and take these winnings, because if I lose, my money is gone too
    So to reproach me that I have gladly taken the profits in the past is going too far.
    And the mere fact that I'm not the only one here indicates that something fundamentally wrong here.

    As you can see from my first post, there were 2 different payouts at the same time:

    2000 euros payout within 10 days
    and
    10000 euros from which I have not made any progress so far.

    Got an answer again for months today. But totally ridiculous. The money never saw my bank account. Have already sent them 2x proof with all account statements. And now this answer. Of course, that doesn't help me at all and is equal to zero help!

    Ares could use bank receipts (transaction details) to prove when and to whom they paid. If they can't or don't want to present the receipt to you, then they didn't do it either, it's as simple as that. It's also possible that Ares made the payment internally, i.e. from the casino, but f Uses a payment service provider for further processing, which is quite normal. If there were any discrepancies, it is the casino's job to investigate and ensure that the customer receives his money.

    If I were affected, I would first request written proof of this, which contains all the details and data. If they refuse, then it would not do you any good to lodge a complaint with the licensor in Curacao (according to the casino's own statement), because they would most likely tell you that this company is not listed at all and may not have a valid license.

    That's really weak, as you can see here we too are powerless at some point. If there is no response, what else should you try? You can only avoid these casinos in the future, of course this doesn't help you or anyone else who may still be waiting for money.

    This information came today, which also gives some suspicion.

    As you may have noticed, most deposit options are no longer available at the moment.
    This is due to some technical issues with our payment provider and we do not yet have any estimates on how long it may take for these options to become available again.
    In the further text, a special bonus is then offered if you deposit with a credit card. However, I personally believe that it is just an attempt to put money into the coffers and a sign that the casino is going further down the road due to the poor handling of the management. It is one thing that many other portals put the group on the blacklist for other reasons or warn against it a long time ago. The other thing is that there have been issues for quite some time, especially with the payment providers. The adjusted "technical problems" are only an excuse for me and only cover up the situation. If more and more service providers are no longer willing to work with this company, it is only a matter of time. Financial service providers must comply with certain standards and criteria in order not to be reprimanded or even warned by the financial supervisory authority. If the company or its processors cannot or do not want to meet these requirements for the financial service provider (because there may not be a corresponding license etc.) then this is a further step towards the end of the line.
