Done it all.
I asked again today and was told in the chat again that I should send the documents for verification. I then sent a screenshot that I already had the documents on 7.11. sent to the desired address. Then, after a while, I was told that my account had already been verified and that I could make debits.
However, the account is not (or no longer) verified. And the money is neither in my bank account nor in my AresCasino account. Now the case has been passed on to the responsible department again. Oh man.
I think it's pretty bold how they're doing it. It's all stalling.
