    Of course I'll continue to annoy you!! They could also save themselves the pleasure if, after almost 3 months and umpteen mails and chats, they simply pay out the complete money that I am entitled to. If a payment has now taken place, they can no longer come up with any excuses.

    Hello guys, I have exactly the same problem. Requested a withdrawal of 7€ on December 5000th and since then I've only heard the same answers.
    The email support@arescasino hasn't answered me for 13 days, in the live chat I always get the same answers. Anyone have advice on what to do?

    I also received your e-mail, but I still need some information. Can you please send me a screenshot of your player account to the same email address, where the payout can be seen? Is your account already verified, is this your first payout at the casino?

    Basically, I can tell you right now that nothing is happening quickly in this casino at the moment, for whatever reason, everything here takes an extremely long time. I don't even know if the support / chat is still competent enough to answer questions. If you sent me the screen, I'll try to find out more.

    I would ask you to open your own topic about your problem.

    “Hello!

    I'm writing to inform you that your payout was completed a long time ago and you have already received your money. If you haven't received them yet, provide us with a bank statement from 2018-12-02

    Of course I didn't get the money. Otherwise I would certainly not have been annoying you nearly every day for the past 3 months. The people at AresCasino should also know that nothing can have arrived...
    Well, I'll send over bank statements tonight. And then all from October to today. Not that anything else is criticized again. I'm really excited. Now that I'm finally getting some answers, there should actually be a payout at some point!? I don't know what other excuses to come.

    Unfortunately, since the last email requesting account statements, there has once again been no feedback, despite daily email requests from me. I understand that Christmas and New Year's Eve were in between, but a reaction would be nice. I don't feel like waiting another 3 months...
