    Angry Wunderino does not pay and blocks the account (solved positively)

    After I had already invested and lost a lot of money at Wunderine, I finally won properly at the beginning of October and there are almost 37.000 in my account. I wanted to cash this out as requested wonderful the verification. They found out that I had paid most of the payments via Paysafe but in between had used different credit cards from my parents. Copies of the cards I used and my mother's ID copy were then requested.
    However, most deposits were made via Paysafe. There was never any information that a payout was not possible because credit cards were used that were not in my name. There was never any information about it at all, only the requests to send in copies of the cards so that they could be checked. And everything got done.
    But my account was immediately blocked, I can't get in until today, but there hasn't been a payout either. No more reactions despite further emails.
    How am I supposed to understand this now? There is a high profit (too high?), but there is no payout, but no information or reason why not.
    Is that a scam?
    has a lot of money wonderful taken but they don't want to pay out!!

    If you don't read through the terms and conditions, you don't need to be surprised that a casino doesn't want to pay you. Of course one could now say that deposits are also possible without any problems and why no withdrawals, that's fraud!! Unfortunately, no casino in the world allows third party account payments in online casinos to do. That would be a paradise for every scammer on the internet! The casino is also not obliged to check deposits, although this would solve many problems.

    I understood that and read several times that there are problems if you use cards that do not belong to you. But that was only in isolated cases, most deposits were made via Paysafe. But as suggested, I wrote directly to the support staff and hope for an early reply, even better, of course, a payment, that's a lot of money after all.

    It doesn't matter if you used other payment methods. A third party account is the same as a foreign account where any alarm bells go off. In your eyes it may be normal because you used an account that you are aware of, but the casino does not know you or the holder of any other account. Without emphasizing again that it is absolutely not allowed!

    I understood everything but wonderful asked to verify all cards, which I did. All mails up to that point were to be understood in such a way that only the verifications were checked, no indication that there was no payout because other cards were used. That's my problem, no clear information. After all the documents were submitted, the account was blocked and no more messages came.

    Having your account suspended is a normal process. OK, you wrote to our contact and he will certainly read it. Let's see if something can still be achieved, but patience is needed now,

    Well, Joel hasn't called in for two months and I'm assuming that it's come to an end for him too. Unfortunately, many users simply no longer report or give an update on the situation. It's a pity that you always only think of yourself and don't help others!
