    Now more than 7 weeks have passed since the last contact and there is no message. At the last contact, documents were requested again, everything was sent, since radio silence. I've asked almost every week but no one responds. Now I've tried again via the contact but nothing happens there either. It's funny that there were a lot of inquiries and requests but then suddenly nothing. THIS is how I have to wait, but I'm not happy with the procedure. Does anyone else have any advice on what I can do to get in touch again?

    So it's kind of frightening wonderful withdraws with his players, since our contact here has been regularly online again for days and weeks! On another affiliate site I read that man wonderful with ddos ​​attacks and they allegedly try to target websites hacker attacks. This is of course absolute nonsense and some webmasters think they are more important than they are. A company like wonderful has absolutely no need to rush to small affiliates. But unfortunately that has nothing to do with your case, if you have written to him here again, I hope he will get back to you soon. Even if other sites tell such nonsense (ddos attacks server attacks, what do I know...I've never read such nonsense) to play for real money, I would also advise against it at the moment, it can't be that it takes a casino 2-3 months just to process requests, verifications let alone withdrawals.

    Maybe write back very clearly or tell them via live chat that you've done it several times and are annoyed. To be honest, I don't understand it either, but apparently they're so screwed. Perhaps one should contact the licensing authorities in SWH and Malta and draw attention to the abuses. It's unbelievable what they do.

    My guess is folks play somewhere else! There are 10x better ones online casinos.

    it's annoying. now I've been waiting for a clarification for a total of more than 6 months, many messages, new verifications, the last message was on April 8.4th. with the request to be patient, hopes workload. But isn't 6 weeks enough time for a clarification? I'm annoyed, but what should I do?

    As sorry as I am, as long as they don't approach you themselves, unfortunately there's nothing you can do other than keep asking, annoying and hoping that it will work out at some point. Unfortunately, in such a case you can hardly have any influence.

    I have to write here again because I am not satisfied with the editing at wonderful. For me, the processing has been going on since October 2018! The last message was at the beginning of April 2019 that there was a high volume of work but everything would be processed as quickly as possible. What's fastest? Now 8 weeks have passed again, no message, no payment, just NOTHING. What else should I do? I have now written again.

    Hello JoelB89, I can understand very well that you are dissatisfied, but in principle there is not much you can do. The only thing you can try is to contact the Malta Licensing Authority support to see if there is any movement.

    To me it's just amazing how they handle and respond to their customer issues and requests.

    There is nothing against it in itself except the terms and conditions which everyone has agreed to and therefore the casino can refuse the payout. Legally you have no chance to do anything, you have to accept it or you are dependent on the goodwill of the casino and there are clear differences. It's just about wonderful Strangely enough, there is an enormous accumulation of these cases, I have never noticed anything like this with this frequency before.
