If you are on the website ofwonderful If you look at the bottom right, you can open a chat, no matter whether you are logged in or blocked.

Hello, I read a few things here today and I'm amazed that one or the other works. One gets money in installments with very high profit, the other at least a letter that the verification documents are there, but I just haven't heard anything for almost two months, nothing at all.
And that makes me uneasy, after all I have 37000 open.
I write weekly on the direct page but I just don't get a reply anymore.

Unfortunately, I have to mention this again here, because there may not be too much to do. I understand that and it would really annoy me too. Unfortunately, we are not able to build up more pressure there, so our tips are also limited. Such situations with this frequency are not known to me from any other casino.

I understand that, but if you get an answer at least once, along the lines of: everything is there, in progress, then that would be something. But nothing at all? The last information was: Forwarded to the finance department, since then nothing. Well then, keep waiting.
So get in touch nowwonderful had. The fact that it took so long was unfortunately also my fault because I hadn't read my emails, stupid. But now I should submit documents again so that "money deposited from this account can be refunded". So this is primarily about a small part of my many deposits and nothing has been written about the profit yet. Now I'm just waiting to see if at least part of it will be transferred and then I'll ask what's up with the profit. I still hope to be paid the full amount.
Well, the same as for me...you will probably get back the amounts you paid in with a credit card that is not yours......(that's how it was for me and the amount was transferred to the checking account of the credit card holder who also has to send everything for verification).......and the rest, i.e. profit, you can probably bend, plus a blocking for good....that's how it was with me and with others too ...but I wish you the best of luck that it doesn't happen that way..
