    Use of a third-party account at Wunderino (resolved)

    Hello
    I'm the same it's about 4250 euros 2 weeks ago. The stupid thing is I only paid with my wife's card, but also from my Paypal account, wanted to pay out and boom, that's it. My wife had to send everything and explain why I was paying through a third-party provider, to this day I'm still waiting to see what's going to happen.
    Now I'm standing card charged by wife and I'm in trouble because of the error.
    Well, third-party providers say the terms and conditions have been violated and my access was also blocked until the final verification. What else can I do....?

    wonderful refunded me the money from third-party providers, but my account remains blocked forever so that I no longer have the opportunity to log in or open a new one according to the mail, and canceled the spins I won, although I also paid in with paypal got what was mine and won spins with it too.
    Yes, that means 2275 are gone...that weren't just won with third-party providers...that's an impudence wonderful that's a rip off...

    Hello Dulydel,

    it's always frustrating when a decision isn't what the customer wants. But you should also consider that at least the payments from your wife's account have been reimbursed to you here. I don't see that as cheek but rather one could interpret it as a positive gesture. Because don't forget that you broke rules, were not aware of the terms and conditions and were still paid money. Arguments like your Paypal account are unfortunately already too late if you have broken terms beforehand.

    For the future and also to all other readers, do yourself a favor and always verify your casino accounts first and read the terms and conditions, because in almost every casino third party accounts are not allowed.

    Hmmm I could have kept 1000€ from the balance (player account) I would have accepted that and it would be good, I would have been very well penalized... but completely, I think I'm not good... well what the heck I'll advise everyone I know not to gamble there. And when that was really solved, I don't see it that way.

    Your case has been solved, that's what it stands for... whether you're happy with it or not, we can't change that. You are entitled to stop playing there or everyone else before you wonderful to warn! I would also wish that a casino would always rule out in favor of a player, but as mentioned earlier the blame was not on them wonderful and in that sense it was even positively resolved.

    You can see how you want to, since according to the terms and conditions, no payments can be made by third parties, a casino is not allowed to keep the money paid in by third parties either..otherwise they would also be liable to prosecution. The fact is that passing spins on to third parties is a joke, although after that what is approved as a means of payment and spins have been won.

    Yes, that's right, I think it's ok that it happened that way........ but it wasn't reimbursed to me, it was a typo, it was to the third-party provider,

    It's all about the profit I still have on the player account, which I can't only have won through third-party providers, this credit has wonderful canceled despite a deposit with paypal from me in the meantime .. don't know if they also checked the account history, whether I also won spins with paypal and had a profit from it, I can't understand it anymore. Well, it must be accepted and believe that I only gained the credit through third-party providers. Since I remain banned I am closing the chapter wonderful.
