9.1 By applying for a bonus offer, e.g. deposit bonus, welcome bonus or other, it is also expressed that the general terms and conditions have been read and accepted.
9.2 Golden Euro reserves the right to change rules or end promotions at its own discretion.
9.3 When creating Player Accounts, accounts from the following countries are excluded from bonus redemption: Bulgaria, Greece, Indonesia, Mauritius, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Serbia and Montenegro and Slovakia.
9.4 One bonus amount per player account, customer, household, shared computer, shared IP address.
9.5 Welcome bonuses for new player accounts are bonuses on a customer's first successful deposit.
9.6 Golden Euro is always entitled to run various promotions for new player accounts.
9.7 Only one registration bonus code can be redeemed per new player account.
9.8 Promotions are for a limited time only and Golden Euro reserves the right to end any promotion at any time without notice.
9.9 Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
9.10 Golden Euro reserves the right to request further documentation and/or withhold bonus amounts.
9.11 In order to receive bonus payments, all casino accounts must have a valid email address and telephone number.
9.12 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required for Casino deposit bonuses is €20 and the maximum deposit is €500. The bonus code (unless otherwise stated) is only valid for one deposit. The bonus code must be provided prior to deposit and cannot be credited to another customer's player account.
9.13 All no deposit bonuses must be cleared within one month of receiving the bonus and in the case of birthday bonuses within one month of the birthday.
9.14 For every €10 in bets placed, the player will receive one loyalty point, 100 points equal €1. At least 100 points can be redeemed.
9.15 Failure to comply with the above Terms and Conditions will be deemed abuse of the Promotion and will give Golden Euro Management the full right to take the following actions against such abuse: All balances and withdrawals will be null and void explained. Player accounts may be closed immediately. Players found to be abusing promotions will not receive any further promotional offers from the casino.
9.16 Golden Euro regularly provides bonuses. These will be provided to players as a thank you. If the promotions are deemed not to be used in their originally intended manner, the player may be disqualified.
9.17 Winnings from a free bonus can only be claimed if the player's account has no deposits.
9.18 Winnings generated on linked player accounts using the same offers will be voided and removed from the player accounts.
9.19 While playing with a bonus the maximum bet allowed per bet is €10,00. Any bets over €10,00 during a bonus game will result in the cancellation of all winnings made from the bonus.
9.20 Customers may not use multiple free bonuses in a row: If a customer redeems two or more free bonuses without making a deposit in between, Golden Euro reserves the right to use both the bonus and one void any winnings.
9.21 All bonuses that have not been fully played within 12 months from the date of redemption will be removed from the player's account. This includes but is not limited to all bonuses, offers and coupons.
