I deposited 50 euros and played down to 0 euros.....
then deposited again 40 euros with a 100% bonus then had 80 euros
I won something and in the end only 140 left when the bonus was finally played through...

so now I wanted to test the payout but ....

the bonus is always deducted .
So I'm just short of 2 euros.
I said then I'll deposit another 12 euros and then let 110 pay out.
That would not work..

The fact is, they like to fool their customers and there's not much you can do about it. The only advice I can give you is play a little further hoping you can get over €100 and then cash out. It's just associated with risk, otherwise check off the store.

Does it now mean your balance is over €170 ? It can't be any different if the payout amount has to be at least €100.

Or is it that the more withdrawable credits you generate, there is also more bonus amount that would be deducted in a withdrawal request?

Your bonus was only €40 and I assume that when it was €98 you just kept playing hoping to get over €140 to cash out.
