    Hello, the same thing happened to me now... Almost at the platform Platinum Casino. I was with a buddy whose online banking didn't work, so I transferred €100 online WITH my account. And we won... Then we wanted to pay out €2500, which then only went to my bank account. 1 day later the payout was automatically canceled. I sent it back to my account because there was no other way. I can't get through with the live support... only now do I know that the terms and conditions do not allow through your report that no third party is allowed to deposit, but why does it work without any problems at all? . My uncle is a lawyer and I'm wondering if I should contact him right away, what do you think?

    You have clearly violated the terms and conditions by using a third-party account. The casinos don't understand jokes!

    Thank you for your answer... Unfortunately, I've now realized that, but that's such a large platform as Platinum Casino no goodwill shows with loyal players who otherwise always do everything right, that's sad. Are there any options for me though?

    As Spielo has already written, this is a clear violation, that's just about the situation. Unfortunately, we always have to point out that you read the terms and conditions, this is essential. In the meantime, however, it should also be known that you are not allowed to deposit via third parties or foreign accounts.

    It's also a bad excuse, sorry I didn't know.

    I can say about the casino that this company has always been very accommodating in the past. But that doesn't mean you have a right to it.
    These decisions are always evaluated and made on a case-by-case basis.

    Sometimes things go well and sometimes things can go wrong and the customer has to live with it, no matter how difficult it is.

    My question to you is who is the loyal customer now? You or the buddy whose casino account you used?

    I can still ask, but I need a few details such as name, casino account, etc. I have little hope, I'll tell you right away.

    But in order to be able to take care of me I need this information, gladly via private message.
