    Hallo,

    so I have no connection to Platinum Casino, but can't understand why so many players deposit with someone else's account. But well, I'll keep my fingers crossed that the whole thing turns around, but I also think that's the case for the Platinum Casino is completed.

    Because I very rarely online casinos used
    Wasn't I aware that I wasn't allowed to deposit from someone else's account?
    I still find it bad because, as I said above, I was assured that the money would be paid out

    So I would like to do something briefly Platinum Casino say, I only paid in there with Paypal this week and made a small profit, nothing big, but wanted to test the payout. Had to upload my documents, they were all approved after 24 hours. Requested payout on Paypal and the money was there after less than 1 hour. So if everything fits, they're good too.

    Of course, support shouldn't promise anything that they can't decide. As a rule, the chat employees have no authority to make any commitments. Basically, the violation came from you, even if you didn't know it. It is therefore more than fair from the casino that they do not just leave it at that but check again.
