    Casinos with incorrect bonus deposit

    Good night dear ones

    Wanted to try Frank&Fred Casino after work today. 21 Euro deposited minus 1 Euro Psc Fee, should therefore get a 200% bonus. After making the deposit, I reopened the page. Whimsically, I stared at my small normal balance of 20 euros.
    "Damn it", you have to activate the bonus maybe?! Nothing to be found here, nothing there either. Mhm I clearly pressed the claim button beforehand and was forwarded to the deposit. Ok irony "Off"... Of course I read through the bonus conditions and skimmed the terms and conditions. Nothing to see the PSC would be blocked for the Welcome Bonus... Livechat ...Wow Offline.... With very special times that would be 10am-16pm and 17pm-22pm or something like that in the kind of email traffic you can kink takes years, as always, in the end or you don't get an answer at all. Actually, I just wanted some fun, which then became more annoying than having fun. 2 a.m. the thought came that there should be free spins with the Welcome Bonus. Starburst opened and lo and behold Free Spins appeared. So something can't be right. Can a casino really be that bad?! From the page structure technology ect. Man Man Man.... Honestly what would you think. I just feel fooled right now. 200% not credited but those free spins?

    Second example would be Betfair. Bonus selected, forwarded to deposit Deposited. Lo and behold there is no bonus. Betfair didn't want to do anything at first until, after a long discussion back and forth, I finally got the bonus manually credited. So really something like that shouldn't happen.

    So to Frank and Fred. Is it probably somewhere in the terms and conditions? I just skimmed them and looked for Maxbet. But I still find it a bit poor, because you could simply write it down in the details of the offer. No, the most important thing is not there.

    Skimming the conditions is sometimes not enough. I just took a look at the casino, there is no 200% bonus there (maybe it was a promo from a third party). Deposits via Neteller, Skrill and Paysafcard are excluded from the bonus. The welcome package consists of 3 deposit bonuses of 100% each + 100 free spins (10x10).

    The casino is operated by PlayCherry Limited (regarded as reputable) and is mainly focused on the Scandinavian market. This is really nothing for the German market. I absolutely agree with ChrisKay, the overview, navigation etc. is terrible. And the support is actually only available from 10.00:19 a.m. to 00:XNUMX p.m.

    The way the casino is presented at the moment I would not recommend it.

    So there is an update. Contacted Facebook during live chat. So Slotti yes you are right. Due to my feedback that the single number regulation should also be in the offer details, it was changed immediately. It wasn't there about 30 minutes ago.
    Here I have to praise that this casino sees feedback as positive and has implemented the change immediately.
    Think it's also a newer online casino....

    Slotti why is that nothing for the German market? that would interest me.

    I question whether they will change that "immediately".

    Why is this nothing for the German market? Because the casino was built for the Scandinavian market and that's where the focus is. In addition, there is no German version. One could get along with English, but for many casino users that is nothing. PlayCherry Limited has other casinos that are geared towards the German market. And the way the casino is set up at the moment, I'm afraid that the German player doesn't like it. (at least not most)

    So I talked to the live chat and Facebook. There are the terms and conditions and when you are logged in and click on Offers... there is a tab with details. It wasn't there before.
