Now the time has come. After taking a one-month break at Tradacasino on 28.06.2018 most via self-exclusion. I tried unlocking myself via the chat support. I was told that this would not work and my account was permanently blocked. The supporter simply closed the chat without any explanation before I could even find out anything. I also contacted Rachel who came up with the reply that the casino reserves the right to close accounts at any time. And so was their statement that my account will remain closed and will not be reopened after they have looked at my account. I have never been rude in support.
So what could it have been? I've already lost let's say more than 60% of my deposits there. First session instant tickets the next day, then winnings came on the slot where I lost the day before. In general, however, there were very often dead spins and mostly dead sessions.... how can I explain it, but I think the system recognizes how much you lose and therefore sometimes pays out a profit. Only after 600 euros minus the slots start to live and you win maybe 2-300 euros ... maybe you understand what I mean.
And besides, I just can't understand it. Why suddenly a perma after locking myself out for a month. Why not sooner? Do they not like players who take a break?
In any case, in the end I didn't enjoy it there any more. Because it was just death. Still really funny!
