Something happened again yesterday, my payout was canceled and the money was removed from my player account.
Unfortunately without contacting me or giving me a reason.
At least they managed to process the case in 5 months. Communication doesn't seem to be her forte though

Exactly right, the money is almost gone.
The payout is:
"Declined by T&C" and immediately afterwards the 6005 euros were removed from my player account - Manual by Admin.
