    Ares Casino Scam??

    Hi all,

I have problems with Ares Casino.
On 25.2.18/6002,50/XNUMX I made a withdrawal of XNUMX and it was approved and processed within a week.
On March 18.3.18th, 6005, I applied again for a payment of 7.5.18 euros. This was then set to "allocated" by LG on XNUMX most, but nothing has happened since then.
All chat requests are pointless, because I'm always told they'll take care of it and send it to the respective department, but I never get a response. I have complied with all bonuses and general terms and conditions.
Do you think I will still get my money or does anyone have similar experiences?

    Thanks for the help

But you don't lack perseverance if your data is correct here! What payment method did you use to request the money?

All information is correct, I checked my transaction details
As long as my account is not blocked there and the payment is still being processed, I will of course not give up. It's too much money for me.
Normal bank transfer, everything identical to the first successful payout.

OK by bank transfer is good and the problems regarding payout times have also recently normalized. When was the last time you had contact with the chat?

    Re: Ares Casino Scam??

I no longer see 5 months as a payment time problem, it's a cheek.
Wrote to those today who said the money should already be there. And they would like a bank statement from me (from 6.3-20.3) and then tried to explain that it was a different payment. I sent them the bank statement anyway.
But since I only applied for the payout on March 19.3th, a bank statement up to March 20.3th is completely pointless for me, since there would be no incoming payment anyway.
But unfortunately the service lady didn't understand anything and I canceled it due to lack of time.

I see that Spielo is already on the matter, I think he can help you and find out what the problem might be.

I've almost lost hope, but that would be really great.

Then at most to spielo or slotti if then have the contacts. But they'll let you know if they need anything.

    Hello damn344,

Please send me via PM your e-mail and username that you use in Ares and if possible a screen where both payments can be seen. I'm trying to find out more.

    Re: Ares Casino Scam??

I have now passed the case on to a manager who must first obtain precise information. I got the necessary data from the user, according to the screens it is actually the case that a payout has been hanging for almost 3 months, which is not possible at all. Now let's wait and see what comes of this.
