I just wanted to write something about 32Red Casino.

I'm really surprised that they are still rated so well, since the changeover when flushing was no longer possible, hardly anything has happened. I was always very happy there and still am today, but the payout modalities are really annoying. I requested a payout on Neteller last night and won't have the money before Monday night, with bad luck it won't be until Tuesday. That's a long time for such a highly rated casino in this day and age where others can do it in 10 minutes.

The payout just got to me. As expected on Monday afternoon. Then it's time to stay strong over the weekend and don't gamble away. That's what I find almost the most annoying, not only the wait from Friday evening to Monday afternoon, but that you can reverse the payout anytime.

I've been a member of the 32RED Club Rouge for ages, so on your birthday you get 5000 loyalty points and a 200% deposit bonus. This is the first time in tens of years that I haven't received it. When asked why not I wasn't active enough.. also in the Roxy Palace where it would have been 1000 points.

The loyalty points in the 32RED have a value of €50 and are real money. I understand that you don't want to give this to everyone, but anyone who has been a customer for almost a decade and has achieved this should not be excluded. The long waiting times for a payout have not improved either, the whole thing has gotten worse over the years.

In times when casinos pay out in minutes to hours, nobody needs that anymore, if you as a regular customer who has not deposited tens of hundreds of euros in the last few weeks and months are still excluded from this annual bonus, what reason do you still have there to stay. For me it was now I won't play there anymore simply because nobody needs them and there are enough and better alternatives.
