    I had also used muchbetter to deposit at 1xbet, so far everything worked.
    An alternative to Skrill and Neteller is basically not bad, they now charge really outrageously high fees.
    If you just have to watch how muchbetter develops, it could become a serious competitor for the top dogs.

    I take a similar view, where it really comes down to functionality, further merchant acceptance and payment option offerings. The idea of ​​advertising the product on several portals and investing the funds to make it known more quickly should also be included in MuchBetter's marketing budget in the long term.

    The website is still not in German and somehow my problem from the test doesn't seem to go any further. It's a bit weak when they don't answer. MuchBetter wants to be known and especially in such a phase it would be important to stay on the ball with us, but that's your decision.

    The website is now in German, but the people responsible simply don't comment on it anymore. Also regarding my test and the problem that occurred, no. And I find that more than weak and also shows very clearly with this provider to what extent one is willing to take up problems, to solve them or to give feedback at all. That's no better than with other providers, so why should one recommend it or use it at all? On the contrary, not getting any feedback evokes a negative attitude in me.

    My hope was that a provider would come along who would also like to be present and, above all, transparent. That was my impression but it kind of turns into the opposite because they don't seem interested.

    Hello!! I deposited €29 at much better on December 100th!! Then I wanted to withdraw the €100 Sunmaker transfer!!didn't work, there were technical problems!!I got it today from Sunmaker to be confirmed!! then I wanted to transfer the 100€ back to my bank account!! and since then it's been absolute chaos!! just delaying tactics, I keep asking why I want the money back, etc.!! Support is a mega catastrophe!!! and now my money is gone Sunmaker still at MuchBetter... howl

    Muchbetter is a service provider and not a casino. They have to explain to you where the money went to, they are responsible for your money. So stay tuned, try live chat (if they have one), email what ever...
