    For people who like real Microgaming casinos this is one of the best groups ever. The only disadvantage is that all casinos are connected and therefore the starting bonus is only approved once for new customers. Therefore, you should take a closer look at all the casinos! And perhaps worth mentioning is also the casinos like Nostalgia, Zodiac, Golden Tiger are currently being forwarded to Cosmo Casino due to German laws, but regular customers from Germany can continue to play.

    I personally don't like the group. I was offered a 125% bonus if I play there again a long time ago.

    I paid in and I think my deposit was gambled away by €50. The bonus in the form of points would be credited to my Rewards account, but I could not redeem them because I was suddenly blocked for bonus credit and I should only deposit more often until I can use the bonus credit.

    I asked there several times that these bonus points were created by my last deposit and that I only paid in because of the offer.. no chance.

    The whole thing is definitely 2 years or more ago, I still have the bonus points over about 62� on my rewards account, but I can't use them. I've never paid in again, don't let me fool you.

    For me it's also one of the best groups ever and at some point I wrote about how best to deal with the group. I also use the return bonuses and have never had any problems with this group. If you are excluded from the bonus then there are always certain reasons. Each company also reacts differently to these things. In only 1% of the cases one really cannot understand the decisions why someone is excluded from the bonus.

    Casino Rewards belongs to one of the fairest casino groups. But there are always individual cases in which users are dissatisfied. This cannot be explained away and occurs in all groups.

    Well, I can already tell you the reason, I had received a bonus or reward points a little earlier and I think I paid out €1000. Then no longer played and then came the return Boni Mail. If they offer me that and I take up the offer, but then if I've already paid in, to say no, we still took your deposit but I don't get the bonus anymore, I don't think that's fair, sorry. They should have given me the bonus balance and then said okay because of me, from now on I am blocked for bonus offers. But that's not okay, I personally can't recommend the group.

    Okay, I agree that this bonus should have been granted. I can only guess why this wasn't done. E-mails are sometimes sent from the promotion department to customers without first checking whether everything is in order with the user's accounts. There may have been a communication problem and failed to check. It happens that such things pass each other in parallel. At least one should have recognized this afterwards and credited it accordingly.

    I don't want to apologize for that and mistakes happen everywhere. But the moment you noticed that the bonus points were not credited or redeemable, you would have had the option to withdraw your deposit as a kind of reaction.

    The group is certainly strict but also fair. They award points or give free credits that have no restrictions and the profit from them is always payable, no matter how high. If you always only use free or bonus with deposit and win with it, then it can happen that you are first blocked for bonus.

    Therefore, my tip for all players is to deposit more often without claiming a bonus, because the ratio has to be right. It is also clear to me that every user has a different understanding of it and there are different opinions about it. If a customer is angry, then you will not be able to convince him of the opposite. This opinion will remain as a negative experience and will be reflected in posts again and again, that's just the way it is and will never change.

    I respect that, because the negative experiences in this business also play a big role. Our own experiences are only a hint for interested and new customers, because you have to weigh up. Nevertheless, every customer should collect his own experiences in order to be able to judge whether a casino or a group is fair to him or not.

    That's exactly how I would have liked it to be, it would have been much more relaxed and I might have paid something there again. In itself it's true that I've often been to the casinos there and always satisfied. That's why this procedure annoyed me all the more.

    The problem was, if you deposit there you can of course play immediately with your credit, which I did. The reward points were only posted there a little later, by then my deposit had already been lost and it was therefore no longer possible to pay them out, unfortunately.

    I'm not saying that the group is disorganized, no but for me in my case not customer oriented. Of course they survived the fact that I no longer play and deposit there, but for me that would currently be unthinkable. Only when I get my bonus points from back then and everything runs smoothly would I deposit there again. Everyone has their stubbornness there.

    That's why I only start playing when the points are credited, which would also be more advantageous for the bonus turnover. If you play and win with the deposit (without the bonus points), you can of course pay out immediately, that's the only advantage.

    Well, maybe they didn't like it, I always did it that way in the group, paid in and if there was a bonus, I gambled away the credit first and then the bonus if nothing came. So I was able to pay out a few times, but then of course I didn't use the bonus.

    It can no longer be changed, if they don't change it after 2 years or even longer then it will probably stay that way. But fortunately I'm not really dependent on the group.

    Nobody is dependent on this group because there are enough of them now. If you had known that at the time, I would certainly have tried to find a solution. But I can only write my opinion about it. I am fully aware that this does not change with you and it is not at all tragic. We all align ourselves with positive or negative experiences.
