Hi everyone! I won 3500 euros last Sunday at iNetBet Euro / inetbet.eu Casino. I deposited 500 euros with Neteller and redeemed a bonus code worth 400 euros. The bonus cannot be paid out, so the pure profit is 3100 euros.
Then on Sunday I made a payout of 2500 euros because it is the weekly payout limit at this casino. On Monday I received an email saying that the payment had been rejected. no comment So I asked support, and a few hours later I was asked to send me the usual documents (ID, electricity bill).
The documents sent the same day. Since then there has been absolute silence.
On Thursday I asked what about my verification and when I can pay out my winnings.
No reaction! Yesterday I arranged for the 2500 to be withdrawn again. This has not yet been cancelled.
The money is pending in the cashier, still no reaction from iNetBet.
The casino only has mail support, calling or chatting is not possible. Usually not a good sign
iNetBet has been recommended by Casinomeister for years. Payment supposedly within 24 hours.
I wrote an answer in the Casinomeister forum under Casino Complaints - Non-Bonus Issues. Another game had the same problem there in January. It was paid out after a few days. I also contacted the rep (Tom) but he hasn't logged in yet.
Does one of you moderators have any contact with the iNetBet Euro? I don't know what else to do.
