Exclamation Voodoo Dreams Casino scam and rip-off

i wanted to tell you about my experiences with the voodoo dreams casino. I found out about the casino from a website that praises the casino to the skies, so I signed up and made a deposit there. I personally didn't find the casino that appealing because it has the usual providers like so many malta stalls. I was then attracted by the good bonus and the 200 free spins. as usual, with a bonus you can only play with a maximum bet of 5 euros, which i have always adhered to. the bonus has to be wagered 40 times, which I managed to do. I was also lucky with the free spins and was able to record 300 euros plus.

Now I wanted to pay out my winnings of a little more than 2500 euros and the trouble started. first wanted the documents, ok no problem, but then a back and forth with papers that all other casinos also accepted. the whole thing then dragged on for more than a week before they finally accepted my documents. now my account has been closed for two weeks with the reason you have to check my payout. It's not normal that a casino needs so long to check documents, even in support I always only get standard answers.

I no longer believe that they want to pay me out because I made a profit of 200 euros from a deposit of 2500 euros. i can only warn you about voodoo dreams casino, who cheat and rip off their players!

AW: Voodoo Dreams Casino scam and rip-off

    Hello Gamblejohn,

It's always difficult to read when you're jolting sentences together and writing everything in small. But to your problem, I've never heard of Voodoo Dreams and seems to be a fairly young casino. The fact that you have been held here for more than three weeks is also very wrong, if everything is as you say it is. I took a look at the casino and the bonus conditions are clearly structured, but the general terms are only available in English and under 5.3 it says that you have to verify the account over €2300. So far so good, and it also states that payments are processed within 5 working days, which is absolutely no longer compliant.
In general, it can take longer and longer for a first payout + verification, but as already mentioned, more than 3 weeks is not possible. Unfortunately, I can't help you further than to advise you to annoy the support until they give you a decent answer.

Thank you for your efforts to answer me, you are used to writing from the mobile phones, I am trying to change it.

That the people at Voodoo Dreams just don't answer me, sent another email yesterday and nothing happened. I'm starting to think they're still so new that they don't have the money to pay their players anymore. In my opinion this is just a scam!

I've never read anything about this casino either, but thank you for sharing your experience here. I hope you get your winnings paid out and everything works out for the better. But to be honest, I think so many weeks and no one moves is anything but serious.

Even if I won't get my winnings in the Voodoo Dreams rip-off casino anymore, I have at least warned one or the other about this casino.

I advise you to wait a bit, it is not uncommon for an account to be blocked for verification. With you it is already a house number but also new casinos have their mangoes.

Unfortunately I'm hearing about Voodoo Dreams for the first time today. However, I do hope for gamblejohn that he still gets his payout, although of course the time frame is totally unacceptable.

Are they reading from the casino here? As if struck by lightning, I actually got an answer from them today, now they claim that I am a !!!! one in word !!!! game with a bet of 5 euros and therefore deny me my winnings. I'm 100% sure I've never spun more than 5 euros in any way, I've been gambling for many years and I know these traps. But even if it were, it would be a joke to take all the winnings from one spin.

I have now to give a proof, I'm curious if it will take another 3 weeks until they have cut the right screen together. To me the store is just a scam!!

    Hello Gamblejohn,

that here also someone from a casino is on the way, can of course be quite possible.

Of course it's difficult to say what's right or not, if you're sure you haven't played more than €5 per spin, that would of course be a strong piece. Should you actually spin for more than €5, that would indeed be very, very annoying, since they would then have a basis on which they could withhold your winnings from you. Because even if it was just a shoot, you were over it and would have violated the terms. A good and honest casino would probably show goodwill with a single spin, I speak from my own experience.

You were right to ask for evidence, I'm curious to see what the outcome will be. If you have something available, just let me know if you have any further questions.

That's the whole point, a sensible and serious one online Casino must be able to put something into perspective. It depends on whether this has resulted in a high profit or not. You can slip away sometimes, that's happened to me too. Those are the key differences between good and not so good online casinos even if, according to their terms, they were right. They probably wouldn't hold it against a good VIP player who had this happen to them. A good example of such a casino that can make a difference and just comes to mind is the Omni Casino.
