AW: Voodoo Dreams Casino scam and rip-off

I see it pretty much the same way as slotti and in almost 100% of all cases where such a one-time spin over the limits happened, the casinos pay out without any problems. Eventually the player gets the hint that the profit will be withheld at the next offense. Of course, one does not know the gaming behavior of the user and can only assume that it was a coincidence, especially since the player said that he knows these rules and then certainly does not consciously violate them.

Now you have actually credited my deposit back to my account and there is no trace of my profit. There was also no answer to my email and the proof that I allegedly (ridiculously) once shot more than 5. This is the very last thing, I'll pay it off now and then the shop is dead for me

Again, don't play at Voodoo Dreams Casino and its affiliated casinos like NYSpins, which is also part of it. These two casinos cheat and rip you off. When asked, there are no reasons or evidence.

Danger! Voodoo Dreams Casino rip off and fraud

    Hi Gamblejohn,

I wanted to write something about this. I'm really sorry they didn't pay you the money. That could have been arranged differently, but as already mentioned, the casino is more likely to be classified as not player-friendly. The one time you were over the 5, € is almost ridiculous but officially they are in the right.

If they have credited your deposit back to you, the case is closed for them and they will certainly not pay out anything more.

I also had something like that in another casino where I had been registered for a long time and had played a lot. At that time, as far as I can remember, I played too high and completely overlooked it. Here is an excerpt of the mail that came from support at the time. At that time there were 1000,- € in the payout.

Here is the email from support:

Our finance department has determined that you have violated point 23 of our terms and conditions when using the bonus.
Violation may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

However, we will not exercise our right this time and proceed with the payout.

We would like to ask you to comply with our terms and conditions in the future and thank you in advance for your understanding

This is only to show that it is really important where you play and that there is also goodwill with good, serious providers. I'm really sorry for you in that case gamblejohn !

Yes, thank you for your comment, I see it the way you do and it was an experience that I have not experienced in all these years. Voodoo Dreams thus became a Voodoo Nightmare Dream. I hope that many read the example here and keep their hands off the casino. My account there is now also closed and the issue has been resolved for me.

Yes, I did, and funnily enough, without complaining or moaning, the coal arrived on the same day. Well, end out of voodoo...

Ok, that went really well. But at least so far without a loss out of the matter. The saying was good.

    Really cool saying gamblejohn

Be happy that you at least have your money back. Did they send you the proof that you spun over €5?
