    Hi,

    I was currently at Videoslots Casino and I can't explain what was going on there, but it really annoys me. They couldn't help me in the chat, I think he didn't understand me on the one hand, and on the other hand he probably didn't have any further opportunity to check it.


    I played Book of Dead and won around €1 in the free spins with a bet of 140.

    Had a balance of around €340, only played without a bonus and was on my smartphone. I pressed spin and all of a sudden a pop up window came up with ok and cancel, I have to admit I didn't really read it and I'm on ok, thought this is this confirmation for the game time. But from then on I was logged out of the casino and when I came back in the 140€ were gone also in the game history there is nothing to see from the last Book of Dead... that doesn't exist.

    By the way, I'm still in the chat but he doesn't see anything in the process, neither do I, but the profit is gone, I have no idea what happened there, but it really annoys me.

    I would also like to add that at least luck was there and I was able to win well with the remaining balance. I got the money on Neteller within 15 minutes. This is very fast, perfect!

    I don't want to portray video slots badly, they are really great. But what the technology did is a mystery to me.

    Sorry, wasn't there for a few days.

    I can't say anything about videoslots myself, but it can't be that a history is suddenly gone. It has also happened that users were in a second casino at the same time or simply mixed it up, which I cannot imagine in your case.

    Play'n GO needs to have proof on the server but to do that you need to be able to narrow it down. But that is only possible if you deal with the support. Since you've already successfully completed a payout, I'm assuming you don't want to pursue it any further.

    However, the next time you should take a closer look at what is written there or inform the support immediately if something like this should happen again.

    So I don't really want to continue now because I also won, which was not foreseeable at the time.

    I'm absolutely sure that's exactly how it was and I only had this casino open at that moment.

    Should it actually happen again, I would be interested to know more about it.

    The casino itself is great. Neteller withdrawals always arrived between 15 and 30 minutes later. Lots of free spins etc which is always real money.
