I'm a little surprised, Slotti, that this question hasn't been answered for you yet.
Something like that surely happens more often.
Well, there are actually 2 questions that are fundamentally at stake. Once only to log in without playing and once to play by yourself.

Each company rates it differently, with "just logging in without playing" being the most harmless variant.
The situation is different with the "play from an IP address" variant.

Let's say there is a married couple who both play and each has an account with the same casino/company (which some allow). Both accounts are verified and some deposits are made from a credit card or other method, but with the name of the partner on it and not that of the customer himself.

I know that it is/was possible and that with a very strict group, so this question arises fundamentally.

There are also sister casinos where it is sometimes allowed to have an account and to claim the bonus for it. Are these really just exceptions or is it treated individually?

Of course, the respective conditions of a company are valid, no matter how differently you judge that, but doesn't there have to be a uniform principle?

With regard to money laundering, bonus abuse, etc., there must be no question about rules. But if there is a suspicion, can't a verification be requested to rule out such things or to give the customer the chance to explain the facts?

Do you have to register and explain this to the casino beforehand?

Is simply logging into another account from one IP a reason to regard the account of the customer with this IP address as a duplicate account, despite verification of both account holders?

I have already logged into other accounts as a result of my work, although I also have a customer account there myself, from which payments were also made, without any problems.

Does it depend on the company how those responsible see it or align their conditions accordingly?

Or do you have to be tough and say that what is written in the conditions must be strictly adhered to or, if in doubt, be asked.

These are questions that are not clearly clarified and can already lead to inconsistencies when writing them, because the English version always applies, even if a German translation is available.

The safest approach is to have only one account in the household and to log in from one IP address.

But I'm simply missing clearer, more understandable and more transparent additions in the terms and conditions for the customer to prevent possible blocking and confiscation.

Unfortunately, many terms and conditions still leave room for speculation and their interpretation.
