Berlin Affiliate Conference 2015/2017

I once followed the references to the Amsterdam Conference in this thread - and immediately got down to business:
Registered for the conference in Amsterdam, reserved a hotel - and planned my arrival.

A little note from me about the hotel:
The nearest hotel to the conference location is the "MotelOne" (actually always good) - blocked by the trade fair organizers at the standard price of 69 euros per night. (You can't book it in any other way for the trade fair days.) All other hotels (just in the vicinity) are at least 2 to 3 times more expensive.
And now the crucial information: Now that I've booked, there are only 2 rooms left in MotelOne via the trade fair organizers.
So if you are seriously considering going there, you should make a reservation - if you want to go to the MotelOne...

Amsterdam is not planned for us/I this year, but it could be that I might spontaneously decide to drive up there for 1 day at short notice. It's just not certain.

Is anyone else already planning the Berlin Affiliate Conference?
Nominal November 01st to 04th; Fair days are November 02nd and 03rd.
I'll probably give myself the EiG (Excellence in Gaming), which takes place again before this year - 5 days of the fair in a row were a bit on the substance last year.

I think this year the appointment will suit me quite well and I will probably plan it.

We will be from 01.-03. to be present. We deliberately chose only the 1st day of the fair because the 2nd is usually not that interesting.

The question arises now, where do you possibly meet and how do you make yourself recognizable?

If one of you should be from Berlin or the surrounding area, the question would arise as to where you could eat well and reasonably and where things are a bit quieter.

You can certainly do that in hotels in some places, but suggestions are welcome before I start searching the net myself.

If you should only want to say "Hello", that would be superfluous. On the 2nd evening we (5-6 people) have definitely planned to sit down and discuss the business a bit, only the location has not yet been decided. The 1st evening on November 01st would also be appropriate if there is any interest at all. (so far 3-4 people)

Any ideas and suggestions regarding this ?

So we (2 people) are only on Friday, 03.11. there. I planned relatively little, because I prefer to be "spontaneously" on the road.
I don't know what we're going to do in the evening either. You will certainly be invited again by many.. Here, too, we will definitely decide spontaneously.
