Since December of last year, however, it has happened again and again that I have paid into Ares, the money was also debited from my account but was not credited to Ares. It kept saying transaction aborted. After countless attempts to clarify this, I was already in contact with Sofort/Klarna, who regulate the online transfer, Ares, etc. The fact is that a total of 275 euros were debited, which suddenly disappeared. Ares says we have nothing to do with this, contact your bank. My bank says the money has been properly debited and transferred, I have all the deposit slips,
Ares bank statements and transaction logs. In the end they say the money went back to their bank, but that's not true, everything can be proven, what should I do now, 275 is a lot of money for me and it really hurts me.
