To my problem:
I have a Debit Mastercard from Consors Finanz (it's my first credit/debit card and I don't even know how to use it yet).
I made 2 deposits with the card at Ares Casino, but didn't pay attention to what I selected when depositing (VISA instead of Mastercard). All my data entered, sent, deposit was successful (it is also listed in my account by my KK).
Wanted to pay out now, sent everything by mail to the verification address (vd@77jackpot.zohosupport.com) ., i.e. ID card, photo of the front and back of the card and proof of address with name, as well as a screenshot from the online banking of the credit card with the debit, which corresponds exactly to the times that I was told. However, you now wanted me to send you photos of the VISA card. Of course I don't have any other card than the one I used to make the deposit...
I don't know what to do anymore, the support can't or doesn't want to help me (I tried to explain it in English and German) and thought I'd turn to you.
