Audio issues (no sound) in Microgaming Casino software

Hi guys. I have had no sound (anymore) in all Microgaming download casinos for a few days. The intros of the games have sound, the games in widescreen format do too, but all the others don't. When I set the audio slider in the casino to max, close and reopen it is always all the way down to min. Practically sets itself to zero. Reinstalling the software and the Realtek audio driver did not bring any change. Any idea?

How about when you access the flash versions, still the same problem? Unfortunately, I can't tell you anything else, I haven't installed any microphones. But it sounds more like a setting with your computer, maybe a DLL file that works with all micros.

I could imagine that this happened due to a cookie from a Microgaming game in the browser. The last volume is usually saved that way (if you play in the browser). Perhaps by starting the download version it retrieves the setting via the "Microgaming server cookie"; but cannot restore the current one this way.

So either start an MG slot in the browser and turn up the volume and close it again or delete cookies.

    As an idea...

Thanks for the tips. I updated the Firefox, Adobe Flash and Shockwave plugin. Also cleared the history and cookies. Tried 32red in Flash Casino. Everything normal as it should be. But when I open a Microgaming download casino I get no sound. I don't get it...

Reinstalling Windows 8.1 solved the problem. I think the sound in the MG Casinos went away after I cleaned up my system with AVG PC TuneUp (formerly TuneUp Utilities). These tools are indeed to be used with caution.
