    Wunderino does not pay out

    Hi. I have a problem with wonderful. And my son played there and told me about it. I thought well I'll sign up and try my luck. Deposit €10 and play with €50. Registration also worked, I also verified the account immediately and it was also accepted. And in fact I was able to book a profit of 5000€ after a short time. Then I requested a payout and the next day I got the email they have violated the terms and conditions, their account and their winnings are blocked. I immediately asked what the problem was and they wrote to me that I and my son had played using the same IP address, which is unfortunately not allowed. That means the bonus was redeemed from the IP address 2 times which is not allowed. Only the terms and conditions say otherwise, namely All bonuses or free spins can only be used once by each household, each family, address, e-mail address, IP address and player accounts that are used by computers in public environments (such as schools, workplaces and libraries). I played from home and not in public places. These general terms and conditions are very misleadingly formulated. And since they verified my account too, I thought it was all good. Can you help me?     7.2 All bonuses or free spins may only be used once per player account. Under no circumstances is a player allowed to use another player account to circumvent this restriction and win more than one bonus/free spin. All bonuses/free spins can only be used once by each household, family, address, email address, IP address and player accounts used by computers in public environments (such as schools, workplaces plants and libraries). In addition, Gaming Operator reserves the right to close a Player's Account and confiscate all existing funds if Gaming Operator suspects any type of abuse, fraud or other improper use of the Player's Account.

    Of course, you could say that it is a bit misleading, but it should be clear to everyone that you can only apply for one bonus per household etc. The wording clearly says so before the comma "player accounts are used". Instead of the comma before "those from computers in public places" one should have put a or or formed a whole new sentence, then it would certainly be more understandable.

    Since there are different IP addresses in public areas than at home, all other details naturally come into play at the moment, so you can't get out of the number. Even if you now point out the wording, it won't make much sense, so I'm sorry that you have almost no approach to questioning that.

    Even after 15 years, I don't understand why this is always only checked when there are requests for payment.

    I can understand that a casino wants to prevent multiple registrations and multiple bonus takings within a family, household, IP.
    Why it should NOT be technically possible to check and STOP this immediately upon registration, logging in, claiming the bonus and starting the game - I do not understand.

    As said, win-win situation for the casino.
    The casino profits (= player losses) from such multiple registrations are "of course" taken with you - this only becomes a problem with player wins.
    Probably one of the disadvantages is that online casino gaming is still comparatively unregulated in many areas - and nobody has complained about it before a local/competent court - and puts an end to this spook.

    Win-win situation for the casino:
    It was like that 15 years ago - it's still like that.
