    An e-mail came, although it also has to do with the verification. Have already uploaded my ID twice and a phone bill. Nevertheless, it is asked again and again.
    The other thing is that the email says if I have implemented the coupon, is this the email I should still receive? What does that tell me to continue playing normally as if the €10 spin hadn't happened? I'll copy the email here and ask for further help. Thank you !

    Was just in the chat again, had asked there again, the good woman has now credited me with 10 € and then the chat was closed again. Well, now I have 50€ credit like when I started, that's great, but what about that? Was the €10 bonus? Probably.. I suppose. Will the one spin with a stake of €10 in the event of a win now become a problem for me.. ? I'm really lost. Chat support is really difficult.

    I can understand, I only know that the whole support is still being worked on and that they want to optimize it as well as the verification process. We can only be supportive here at the moment and try to speed things up.
