    Problems at Ares Casino (Solved)

    Hi all,

    I could use some urgent help...

    I registered at Ares Casino and won 1300 euros without claiming the bonus.
    Now I want to pay out the money and there is one problem after the other!

    I have uploaded all the required documents several times and have only been put off for days.
    Since today I can no longer access the games there and the online chat is also permanently offline.

    It would be great if someone could help me. :-)

    Apparently there are new employees in support at Ares, otherwise I can't explain why the second problem with verification has arisen in such a short time.

    I passed it on, if I need anything else from you I'll get back to you. Is the e-mail address at Ares the same as here in the forum?

    I had a very long conversation today with a very senior official at Ares Casino. As I already suspected, the chat service is completely new and unfortunately doesn't know everything yet. I tried it myself and spoke to Nadin from the chat. She also couldn't really help me after I asked for account verification. Instead of answers to my questions, she only gave me ready-made answers. Unfortunately, that doesn't make a customer happy. My contact now also has all this and will deal intensively with the chat staff.

    As for your problem, it is now in the right hands and should hopefully be resolved tomorrow.

    unfortunately nothing has happened yet... I'm starting to doubt the seriousness!
    I've written to the chat almost every day, and I keep getting the message: "Soon, a few days, etc.!"

    Unfortunately, I don't have much hope anymore and I can probably write off my money.
    Do you maybe have another idea?
    I could really use some help...

    I don't want to anticipate that here, because spielo has already taken care of the matter, but I also find it a bit annoying now, because they don't move their ass. Precisely because we also recommend the casino, I try to exert a little more pressure in the background at the same time in the hope of satisfying the customer as quickly as possible.

    I am sorry that it is taking so long and I hope that tomorrow I will not be forced to contact the relevant person in this case if nothing happens today or no further information is available from the customer concerned arrive.

    I know it's an unsatisfactory situation, but we're trying to resolve it as soon as possible.

    your account is now verified and you should be able to make your withdrawal. Sorry again about the whole thing, my contact didn't realize how sloppy the responsible employees at the Verifications Department work - that should change very quickly!

    I'll hang on here, I find it a bit outrageous what the support is doing there. Deposited with welcome offers, several times today.

    Just again and I accidentally set the wrong bet size on my cell phone and made a spin, but instead of €1 with €10, I can spin with a maximum of €5 with the bonus. Every attempt to find a solution in the chat failed. Before that I always played with a maximum of €1,50 per spin and I just slipped up in the settings. Now I still have €40 in my account with a bonus, but I can't do anything with it anymore because if I win, everything would be kept.
