InstantPay casino withdrawals

Today I have to write about the InstantPay casino and express my displeasure. The casino has actually been rated as good so far, also due to the fast payouts. Unfortunately I cannot confirm that. Of course I was already verified beforehand. But after a low three-digit payout on Skrill, the fuss began.

First of all, I would like to say that the customer service is fast and friendly. Nevertheless, additional documents were required, a kind of double verification, because the licensor allegedly requires it. But what they want to know and demand from you is clearly going too far for me. In principle, you strip completely when it comes to financial matters and data.

From pay stubs to detailed bank statements for the last 6 months, I find this absolutely disproportionate. This is worse than a Schufa report or if you want to get into Fort Knox. They have proof of identity, proof of address, phone, screenshots of e-wallets but they keep asking for something new and different.

Even the uploaded documents are simply not processed further. It then says we have passed it on to the manager and ask for patience. Even if the customer service staff can't do much about it, this is really ridiculous and doesn't deserve a better rating.

Update: After I tried customer service again on Monday to express my dissatisfaction, I was even more surprised some time later. In principle, the same answers came again with waiting, etc. But since I always have a little more information, I also used them. One of my last comments was that maybe the MGA authorities should be involved. I know that the employees can't help it and yet you sometimes let your frustration run wild. I just say what I think and what I also think is completely unnecessary, e.g. in relation to verifications.

In the end I thought Sch.... brought nothing again. I was just about to write an article on another portal. Shortly before sending, a few e-mails suddenly arrived. The 1st was money received! My thought was, why did they suddenly do it so quickly? Anyway, the funny thing was there were other emails coming in, all from N1 Interactive Ltd.

Explanation: In the InstantPay Casino, some documents that I had to send additionally are still in yellow. There is no email about this account being fully verified now, but the money has been paid. Now comes the interesting part. Recently Kakadu Casino also asked for additional documents (double verification) several times. Until a certain date, otherwise the account would be set to inactive. But since I haven't been there lately, I told them that I won't do double verification and they can set the account to inactive.

On the very day that the deadline was supposed to be over, the email came from the Security Department saying that my account had been completely verified. What was even more surprising was that emails from N1 Casino and Slot Hunter Casino arrived at the same time with the same content. They are all casinos licensed by N1 Interactive Ltd. and I was already verified there before. Obviously it's all connected. Whether the licensing authority actually accepts this type of more unnecessary and requires double verification, I can't say. Neither does it matter whether there are still financial problems or not.

A normal verification with proof of identity, proof of address and invoice, telephone and e-mail confirmation as well as proof of payment of the transaction or the e-wallet account is fine. But proof of the last 6 months in detail about bank or e-wallet accounts, or what job you have, how much you earn or payslips is clearly going too far. Even in a casino I don't have to undress as much as in online casinos in relation to "possible money laundering". In principle, I don't have to do anything at a casino because they only have an ID and of course sees the person face to face. Answering the question of whether you play with your own money with yes is just as ridiculous and doesn't interest anyone at all.

Anyway, I'm glad they thought better of it. That was really strange and you always experience new or unrealistic things. I hope that all goes well in your future endeavors and you do not have to go through such experiences.

Another note for you: When a casino owned by N1 Interactive Ltd. is operated then this does not mean that N1 Interactive is also the owner. It means, in most cases, that the owner only uses the company's license and platform. Personally, I can basically recommend all casinos from N1 Interactive Ltd. or Dama NV because they are good and, with few exceptions, pay off quickly.
