GlüStV 2021 and its consequences
As part of the GlüStV 2021, we can only advise our readers not to play at online casinos (with very few exceptions) that have applied for a German license or follow German rules.
Not bad enough that there are massive restrictions such as deposit limits, max bet of €1 per spin, min. 5 seconds playing time per spin and game breaks of 5 minutes per hour.
Now the payout ratio (RTP) for the slots has been reduced to 85% - 90%.
But that's not all, because for every bet using the example of 0.50 cents per spin, 5,3% taxes = 0.0265 cents are deducted from your balance.
It may not be that obvious, but these are conditions that cannot be accepted.
Therefore, you should avoid casinos that comply with this State Treaty on Gambling. And play there that don't follow the German rules and there are no restrictions.
The pretended reason for the alleged player protection is a farce. The measures of the new GlüStV 2021 have only one goal.
The state also wants a piece of the cake and will therefore cash in heavily on the losses of customers. This is called game prevention.
In return, the state then allows one or the other payment provider more.

We will definitely keep looking for casinos that we can recommend to you that don't have such restrictions.

It's really frightening how it all unfolded.
I currently play in none of my regular casinos of many years and generally only in 3 at all.
Due to all the restrictions and changes, I'm only up to date in twin, N1 and Dux Casino.
Everyone pays in hours up to a maximum of 24 hours, at least for now and it was always like that for me on Neteller.
N1 and Dux Casino also have the tax deduction, but apart from the Play n Go games there are limits, everything is still the same. (possibly with other providers but I don't play them then)
So far there have been no restrictions in the twin that I would have noticed, it would be a shame if this were to disappear. Above all, finding alternatives like Videoslots, Rizk, etc., which all paid out really quickly, is difficult. I hope that this will somehow return to normal, but I am afraid that it will take time or that it will never be the same again.

This Alternatives we offer yes and are constantly looking for good casinos with no or minimal restrictions. Among them are of course casinos with and without tax deduction, few payment options, not so fast payouts etc.
I don't like some options that much either, but you can play much more freely. There are differences as to why one casino has this option and the other doesn't. The reason lies largely in a casino's license and what classification it has. On the other hand, it is also up to the companies themselves or their payment providers or game providers whether certain options are available or not.
But better live with these different options than playing with these pointless decisions in casinos that follow German rules.
