Unfortunately I can't do anything with the little information. It is not unknown that Ares sometimes takes longer, but a few key data such as, did you play with a bonus, is it your first payout, if you are a regular customer you should already post. In general, I can tell you that anyone who has not violated any terms and conditions will also receive their money. Unfortunately, it always takes longer here, although 8 weeks is a long time, there could be more behind it. But as mentioned, without clear and honest information it is difficult to help!

I haven't used any bonus and it wasn't my first payout there either, until now everything went within 7 days.
The email said up to 21 working days, now I've been waiting for it since 19.4 and I only get the answer that it's up to you and that I should be patient :s
