(CH offline) Eligibility to win despite Swisslotto ticket being blocked
SWIM has made a so-called big win at Sporttip (Swisslotto) at the kiosk (anonymous) (including everything over 1000CHF). Not a huge win or anything, but due to the 1000CHF limit, the ticket must be sent in and will not be paid out in cash at any point of sale, as is usually the case (below 1000CHF).
However, there is now a Switzerland-wide player ban against him (all online and offline casinos including online account with Sporttio / Swisslotto). Now he has to send in the winning eligibility certificate/receipt by registered mail and provide his data and bank account for the payment. The Swiss Gambling Act regulates cases of player bans and he has also studied the Sporttip terms and conditions, but the matter is still not entirely clear.
In principle, the prize could easily be refused if the participant is a minor, for example. With a game ban, participation in all online Swisslos products is not possible. While I doubt anyone here is a legal expert on Swiss law, does anyone have any advice? Would it be better to ask a legal professional about it?

Once the ESBK has blocked you, it doesn't really matter which game of chance you take part in, it's no longer allowed! To be honest, I doubt that a lawyer can help much!

I have not yet found the corresponding Swisslotto terms and conditions or legal excerpt where it is expressly forbidden as a blocked player to buy a scratch card at the kiosk or to fill out a lottery ticket.
Participation in the games of chance from Swisslotto (Swisslotto, Swisslos, Sporttip, scratch cards, Euromillions, etc.) is still possible as a blocked player without any problems and without restrictions, only through stationary retailers and no more via an online account there.
I have now asked for other positions, but it should probably be permissible to refuse to pay out the winnings

Grzi, I have been working in the Ch gambling industry for many years and can reassure you. Submit your ticket and your account details to Swisslos and you will receive your money. There is no relationship between one and the other. There is a federal casino commission that regulates gambling with a social concept. Even if you can no longer play there due to losses in the casino or due to a voluntary ban, it is still no problem to buy and win a Swisslos. On the other hand, you could namely acquire such a ticket neither online nor offline. So - submit your ticket and cash in the prize as normal as any other player.

Hello @nowayout
I have the same problem and I'm wondering whether the payout worked without any problems?
Thank you in advance for the feedback.
Greeting

In the end I received the money without any problems, but I paid it out to a colleague's bank account or in his name (I gave him 100 CHF for it). Normally it should have worked out on my own account, but the matter was a bit too hot for me, so I preferred to send the note to my colleague or have it paid out.
How much did you win? was the ban imposed by an online casino as well?

As a blocked player, you can _not_ buy such a lottery ticket online, or you can no longer use all lotteries / lottery / sports betting offers online because you are excluded from participation.
