For everyone who works with Energy Casino (Partners), Neteller is no longer available as a payment provider. This applies to all affiliates, whether this also applies to the casino is unknown to us. We are also not aware that it affects LVbet, as this is the same payment service provider.
With Neteller (Paysafe) there are unfortunately always problems for the companies and thus also for the customers. Among other things, this has to do with the different regulations of the countries.
Sometimes companies are also pressured to remove the payment method. The reasons for this are sometimes not always known.
However, a possible reason could be that Energy has not applied for a German license and does not follow the German rules and is thus effectively slowed down by Neteller. Energy isn't the only company affected.
It is also handled differently at different casinos. Sometimes it's allowed and sometimes it's not.
The reason for the same conditions is sometimes really incomprehensible.
