So I have the following problem and I would be really grateful if I could help. My verification keeps rejecting a bank statement, it's a joint account with my husband! Both have complete power of attorney but their own online banking access! I have my own bank card with my name on it and he has his. Both names are on the bank statement! And he is also enrolled in platinum and (status platinum) The card has been verified but the statement keeps getting rejected and so I'm not verified and can't withdraw my money! Can someone help me? Registered with my online banking data!
