Affiliate programs - don't pay in time!
Again and again we are struck by the fact that more and more programs do not follow their own guidelines. General terms and conditions are disregarded and payments seem to go out when they want.
Therefore a thread on the payment practices of various affiliate programs.

How about you with 888 affiliates?
Only experienced once that they paid on the 1th instead of the 16th. I'm still waiting this month - do you already have something?

Can't tell you anything, minus for 3 years :eusa_clap:
I just thought of something appropriate if any of you are promoting Fortune Affiliates. Interesting high roller clause in their terms and conditions.
Quote:
- Negative Commissionable Income generated in any month by any player whom we, in our sole discretion, designate as a "High Roller" will carry over as a negative balance carry forward and with future earning income generated by the same player offset until the negative commissionable income is balanced. Determining the criteria used to define a player as a "high roller" is at our sole discretion and our responsibility to you is limited to providing you with the same form of categorization of players you refer as in which we will notify you of changes to this Agreement. The current criteria of our High Roller Policy are:
- If, in any month, a player generates negative commissionable income of at least €10.000 and that month's total commissionable income (for the casino) for that affiliate is greater than or equal to minus €2.000, the player will be referred to as a high roller;
- If both of the foregoing conditions are met (7.1.4.1.), the negative Commissionable Income (negative balance carried forward) will carry over and be offset against future Earning Income of such Referred Players until the negative Commissionable Income is balanced;
- The negative balance carried forward cannot be offset against commissionable income generated by other players;
- The negative balance carried forward cannot be greater than the total negative commissionable income for that affiliate for that month;
- Should there be more than one high roller, the negative balance will be split between them;
- The negative balance carried forward will be reduced by future positive commissionable income generated by the high-roller in subsequent months. The negative balance carried forward will not be increased by future negative commissionable income, unless the requirements of the regulations in No. 7.1.4.1 are met in the following months;
Since it also hit me at the moment, I now have a player who will probably not bring back the negative thing he caused until he retires. :icon_fU:
