- "Accomplish partnership and gain some of the highest commission rates in the industry." - This is supposed to be a joke to say that it's supposed to be the highest percentage in the industry - 20/30/40 - And what do Affiliate Junior, Affiliate Senior and Affiliate Manager mean in this context?
- Betworld247 Affiliate Program has the right to delay payments to the Affiliates for the period up to 2 months in the case of unforeseen technical failures on the part of the Affiliate Program and when required to check the Affiliate and the source of his traffic. - This means that you could refer to this clause every time!

No negative transference occurs when the negative balance is NOT carried over to the next month.
The negative profit balance for affiliates will be reset to zero on the 1st of each consecutive month.
Negative Transfer means that negative income (from customer wins) is carried over to the next month and offset against future positive income.

So I don't get it at all. A large partner may be able to meet these requirements, but the many smaller or medium-sized partners certainly cannot. If I were you, I would urgently reconsider that. Because that is a criterion that most people don't like and therefore wouldn't register.
But that is entirely up to you whether you want to be a recommendable affiliate program or rather a program that affiliates avoid due to unfulfillable or unfriendly conditions. There are enough programs that are classified as not recommended on relevant platforms precisely because of such conditions.
As I said, this is just advice. You have to decide that, but you should also be aware that if you make the wrong decision right at the beginning, there will also be consequences. There will always be a few who register anyway. But to be honest, I find the division and commission structure for the partners to be absolutely ridiculous and unworthy. That's actually a slap in the face to potential partners.
Because to get 30%, you have to have 100 active customers. That would not only be bold but also dishonest and unacceptable in my eyes. If you spelled that wrong, you have to correct it, otherwise I understand it exactly as I wrote it.
