EvolutionGaming: mysterious results collection thread

Speed roulette was played yesterday in the online casino of the Grand Casino Luzern. In the round in question, the ball fell on the number 2:

After that, the round remained unranked for several minutes before a new round was thrown and scored with the same stakes.

This all happened when there was a strong mismatch and the number that fell would have meant a hit on the counter chance of the rare mismatch.

Apparently you have to expect to have to video record all game sessions for security reasons.

I am aware of the "less than 3 rounds - invalid" rule at EvolutionGaming, but only because I have illegally played in foreign casinos where there is a chat function and in such cases a text message is sent by support. This is not the case with Swiss casinos.

Incidentally, the rule with "less 3 rounds" is not recorded in writing either by EvolutionGaming itself or in any online casino. Of course, let me teach you better.

Thus, for this round, questions will probably remain unanswered forever. Why was the round not counted? Does the casino exercise the right to make any roulette outcome valid or invalid in its own discretion, or what?

And if there is actually an error (apart from the wheel being spun in the wrong direction, the croupier throwing the ball incorrectly or the ball being spun less than 3 rounds, there are not many other possibilities anyway), why is this reported to me as a customer not communicated?

Without persistence of the last 500-1000 spins I can't argue with exact sigma values either, but the probability of the previous deviation was very rare.

Casino Support responded with a screenshot from the EvolutionGaming Rules under the Game Errors section. However, it is also listed there that in the event of game errors either via text message in the chat or as a pop-up notification the players will be informed about the error. However, this did not happen.

The most likely explanation might be the "less 3 rounds" rule, but as a new Swiss online player I couldn't guess that (as well as when no support messages are shown in textfprm during the game?).

Imagine the same scenario in the land-based casino of the provider (Grand Casino Luzern) on site at the roulette table:
With the permanent display of the last 18 spins, all numbers of the same EC are displayed at a table. Local casino goers take notice of the rare event and bet large amounts on black. The croupoer throws the ball and a black number falls, which then stays in the bowl for several minutes without being evaluated. Instead, the croupier throws after 5 minutes without comment and without explanation simply re-evaluate the ball, and simply re-evaluate the previously made bets onto the new spin (which then falls on red, which is entirely irrelevant though).
You could expect at least one reason from the croupier or pit boss, I suppose. Apart from the fact that in the land-based casino a fallen number may only be declared invalid if there are croupier errors.

Too bad I didn't capture the whole thing on video. Let's see if something can be done with the screenshots. In the past, no one would have cared about that in this country (foreign providers), but now this is different with the federal casino commissioners, etc.

Well, of course, the Grand Casino Luzern only has to check the numbers or game rounds registered in the system for complaints. Nevertheless, one could expect that the matter would be investigated again based on the evidence. It should also be noted that the problem may have been the same for all casinos with EvolutionGaming on offer, and the casino mentioned does not specifically do this.
