Here are some details about this payment method:
After setting up an account, you should immediately upgrade to Silver and verify yourself. You send documents as usual or upload them to the account.

If the silver account is accepted, you should immediately apply for the ecoCard (MasterCard), which only takes a few days.
The primary account is in Euro but you can add 2 more currency accounts in USD and Pounds if you want (just by clicking on add currency account and selecting currency), then you can transfer back and forth between accounts.
You can also apply for a card for each currency, the first card will logically be the one in EUR. But only when you have received the first card and it has been activated can you request the next card.
Then there is the possibility of the virtual Ecocard, which is a card with a number for one-time use. or transfer.
The application for this virtual card takes place in the account and costs a fee of €1.80
All details such as number, validity and CVV can then be found on the card. After use, it becomes invalid and you can apply for a new one if necessary.
This virtual card is suitable for depositing money with Neteller, for example. To do this, you go to your Net account and pay in via Mastercard Credit and simply enter the data of the virtual ecoCard. The money is transferred in a matter of seconds and it is also clear that all these transactions and conversions cost fees.
Let’s get to the important part, the ATM withdrawal:
With silver status and the ecoCard, you can withdraw €24 every 750 hours, but only in increments of 250. Each payout costs €5, for €750 a whopping €15 fee.
You can have a maximum of €15.000 in your account. Should it happen that a trader transfers more to the account (maybe through profit or whatever) that's not a problem, then you just have to make sure that you pay out the difference.
If you want to upgrade to gold, then certain requirements have to be met, which you can easily check by trying it and you can already see the criteria that are already met by ticking a box or are already met .still have to be fulfilled without being marked.
It could be worthwhile to meet the conditions for this at some point, because in the important areas there are other limits and sometimes lower fees, but transferring €25.000 to dealers alone is natural already a house number.
Finally, a word about customer service.
This is not always available in German, but in principle it is during the day at normal times. The English support then also writes that.
Sometimes you are lucky and the customer service can also be reached in live chat, you can see the live chat status in the account. But it is also no guarantee for German support.
The customer service in general is actually quite quick with the answers, but it can also happen that there is only one answer a day (for the reasons mentioned above) and an e-mail written by the customer in the meantime is still pending.
My personal opinion: Very good alternative to Neteller and Skrill, even if the fees here are perhaps even more important than with the two payment services, but that's the price we have to pay, at least you have an additional method for now one can use. A few weeks ago I tried to get an ecoPayz account. But it didn't work with my data.
When I looked through my documents, I had a suspicion: Maybe my ancient ecoCard accounts (back then you had to open one for each currency) were blocking the creation of an ecoPayz account?
That's how it was - verified again - and after some back and forth my ecoCard/ecoPayz account was open again (after about 10 years of inactivity).
But: I don't really have a use for the account at the moment...for the reasons below.

PS: As far as the Neteller problem is concerned, I still haven't got a meaningful answer from my VIP manager!
