Payout at Wunderino
Moin people,
I hope there is one or the other of me vlt. something can help.
The following problem, short version:
Deposit €50 via PaySafeCard
Earned €600
Withdrawal requested and received response with required verification.
Got my account verified after a long back and forth.
Payment requested again.
Withdrawal declined because I can only withdraw my money using the method I deposited?!
After repeated study of the terms and conditions found nothing about it.
Contacted Wunderino by email
Wunderion responds with the following:
Hi ****,
Thank you for your message.
Congratulations on your win.
We have already verified your account and your bank details.
Please note that you may only use means of payment that belong to you. This also means that you can only request withdrawals to your own bank accounts.
Since you paid in via PaySafecard, please apply for the payout to the bank account with the ending ****** or ******.
Thank you for your understanding and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
If you have any questions, we are always available in our live chat.
I don't know either of the endings and they don't belong to my account.
Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed now?
Greetz
Dr.

Hallo,
That's not difficult and in principle everything has already been answered by support. In general, the single number method must also be used to pay out. But since it was paysafecard, you have to choose bank transfer for the payout, since you cannot pay out via Paysafe. You are apparently verified so far, but if you didn't enter a bank account during verification and the numbers don't mean anything to you, then you should contact support again.
There may be a mix-up or you simply enter your current bank details if this is possible and make the payment. It may be that they can then check and everything is fine or they may ask you to additionally verify your bank account, talk about a bank statement or something. It is only possible this way, since you have apparently never deposited there with any other method. I would still check the numbers again, it has to be an IBAN number.

It doesn't look like it, or the problem has been solved, would be nothing new here that there would be no more feedback.
