Winner Casino not paying out?
Hello
I registered at winner Casino a week ago and transferred 50,- to my winner account by credit card
and got a bonus of 100 from the winner. 3 days ago I had around 1200. won with roulette via chat. I wanted to continue playing the game without the bonus (because the conditions are often very confusing and as a beginner like that ) the guy says but the money is already mine, I have met all the bonus conditions, great, I thought ok then said I can debit 500 at any time, he says yes she could and my heartfelt congratulations Congratulations for winning, I said thank you and grinned up to my ears ;) I also have 500 euros straight away
debited well then there came 4 days we checked well I read that it took a little longer the first time and didn’t think anything of it 2 days later only 50, - were on my account and the transfer of the 500,- was rejected because I would have played with too high stakes? like so, the first guy I chatted with didn't say that all I said in the first time, he said my bonus
No, they should delete it, they say the money is already mine, I won it (because of that)
is winner really not serious or am I imagining it because I was given wrong information? ?
I'm new and I played Wiener Roulette for the first time I'm just worried because I wasn't told right away that nothing is wrong with payouts that's why I wanted to delete the bonuses because I only have 600,- in my account then very quickly it turned into 1200,- and then the surprise :(
See you
bye

Hello wajomo
Did you play stakes over €10 while your bonus was still active?
So you deposited €50 and got a €100 bonus, then you played your way up to €1200 with roulette and during this time you spun bets over €10 per spin? In that case you have violated bonus rules!
Rule 9 of the Conditions:
Quote:
Winner Casino limits the maximum bet that players can make with the first and second deposit bonus amount.
The maximum amount per bet is capped at €10 on each game.
Withdrawals of winnings resulting from wagering bonus amounts exceeding the maximum amount will only be granted if wagered after the wagering requirements have been met.
Any winnings resulting from wagering the first and second bonus amounts exceeding the maximum wagering amount are subject to further wagering requirements until the first and second deposit bonus wagering requirements have been met.
The unapproved withdrawal amount will be credited to the player's bonus balance. In addition to the maximum bet size of €10, there is an additional x12 wagering requirement.
Winner Casino reserves the right to remove such winnings from the player's balance in special circumstances and at the discretion of management.

hello playtime chris
thanks for your answer
Unfortunately, I can't tell you that, I didn't pay attention to something like that, but apparently according to Winner I played it. The only thing that bothers me is that the first guy didn't say that right away and then simply deleted the bonus like I wanted
See you
bye

Hello wajo,
Have a look in the game statistics, there you will find your bets. But like Chris, I assume that you made bets that were over the €10 limit.
Communicating with Winner Casino is almost impossible, so narrow it down in advance.

Hello Chris
I had my user account deleted at winner (everything has already been deleted, at least I can't go back in.) There are certainly better and worse ones like winner, but I don't play at stretch anymore, I know that I have one I made a typical beginner's mistake when playing with bonuses. Be sure to read what the respective casino has for bonus conditions (which I neglected to do). I have now registered with other casinos and have the bonuses blocked from the start before I start transferring ;))
See you
bye

To cite the Winner bonus rules from playtime spielo's post above:
Quote:
Winner Casino limits the maximum bet players can make with the first and second deposit bonus amounts.
The maximum amount per bet is capped at €10 on each game.
Payouts of winnings resulting from wagering bonus amounts in excess of the maximum amount will only be approved if the wager was made after the wagering requirements have been met.
Any winnings resulting from wagering the first and second bonus amounts in excess of the maximum wagering amount will be subject to further wagering requirements until the wagering requirements of the first and second deposit bonuses have been met.
The unauthorized withdrawal amount will be credited to the player's bonus balance. In addition to the maximum bet size of €10, there is an additional x12 bet requirement.
Winner Casino reserves the right to remove such winnings from the player's balance under special circumstances and at the discretion of management.
what me actually in almost everyone Online casinos with bonus offers disturbs:
You program the most wonderful graphics and menus, think up more or less sophisticated bonus conditions, etc.
In my eyes it would be easy:
- block access to bonus prohibited games while there is a bonus in the account
and
- to limit the maximum bet to the permitted value on the software side, especially when there are fixed permitted maximum bets (see Winner T+C above).
Since this is not done in >95% of cases, I have to assume intention here - that one likes to take the additional profits generated as a result.
I doubt whether this is wise in the medium/long term and in view of the players as a whole.
But I fear:
That doesn't change after so many years...(at most, if a competent regulator pats the casinos on the fingers here).
