Re: Condor Gaming - Warning!
A new senior manager has now been hired to bring clarity there. Also, it will be necessary to clean up here and there, that's why it was specially hired. The new manager is well known to us, but because he's new he won't have an easy time changing things.
It is also about smoothing things over a little and clearing up the situation, because many partners are very dissatisfied. As long as the manager's ideas match the owner's, it's worth a try.
This is where persuasion work is called for, but for that you first have to change the communication and some conditions. A very important point is the inactivity clause.
This is certainly not an easy task and you can quickly reach your limits if things are not implemented. You're more likely to give up your job out of frustration than to have to continue listening to the dissatisfaction of your partners if nothing fundamentally changes.
Re: Condor Gaming - Warning!
After more than six months, we have to say that the new senior manager at Condor Gaming has not changed anything. The communication is zero and the company has not paid either. So again the warning to all webmasters out there: Better keep your hands off Condor Gaming! because it is not the account managers who decide there, but the people in the background whether to pay or not (finance department or higher management).
