I've been chasing my winnings payout for almost 4 weeks now. But no one at arescasino support is responding anymore.
It is about requested withdrawals in the amount of €2450 + €1450 and an open balance of €1004. The disbursements have the status completed. (The account verification was already completed and I've already been paid out 600€. Now I'm supposed to verify myself again, but there's no reaction to that either). The chat has me on for days support@arescasino.com referred. Unfortunately, as I said, there is no longer any reaction.
Then last night in the chat a new statement: According to the chat everything is closed and I should contact my bank where the money is. Just what is she supposed to do? Complete nonsense.

Re-verification is not uncommon and some casinos do it, but no one responds and you can't upload your docs directly is also weird. I don't know the background in this case because Spielo takes care of it. But I find it pathetic of companies that don't come up with satisfactory or meaningful answers.
