Update of Alea Affiliates Terms and Conditions

The following changes will come into effect at Alea Affiliates (SlotsMillion) on September 1st, 2018. The general terms and conditions have already been updated.

As previously announced, we are changing the company details and responsibilities from Alea Games NV (Cura�ao) to Alea Gaming Ltd. (Malta), which includes the need to include VAT if your company is also Maltese. Our Maltese VAT number: MT21605918

As a UKGC licensed operator, we are responsible for what you do as an affiliate in terms of marketing and advertising to refer players to our brands. Therefore, it is our duty to ensure that you carefully follow the rules of the Marketing and Advertising Codes (CAP). To do this, we will be conducting a review of a sample of affiliates targeting UK players (notifying you about this every month (of course). The update to the T&Cs here reflects the fact that we now have the M Have the ability to cancel commissions or close accounts if you do not respond within the specified time after reviewing your pages/channels and informing you of what needs to be fixed.

We have deleted the clause that states that upon termination of the contract you must remove all references to our trademarks from your websites.
