I signed up for Europaplay and got a bonus, paid in and had to wager a total of 4500 euros to be able to pay out. I had asked support beforehand.
Now I've reached the payout and wanted to make a payout, but the support said I can't have the bonus paid out, it's only play money...
I could have anything above that paid out, that would be 36 euros for me...

Bonus money is not withdrawable at most playtech casinos. after the wagering requirements have been met, the bonus money will be withdrawn from the total in the event of a payout. this is nothing abnormal. :happy0025:
